Betts Named Jr. WNBA Coach of the Year April 26, 2009

Brooklyn Betts has received the honor of being named a Jr. WNBA Coach of the Year. The Jr. WNBA awarded this honor to only 32 out of 82,000 coaches across the USA this year.
Dwayne Smith the Director of the Chillicothe Ross County Police Athletic League nominated Brooklyn because of the success she has had with the PAL’s Lady Enforcers Basketball Program. Coach Betts not only coaches the young ladies on the ball court she also encourages them to take part in community service projects and to become positive role models to other youth in the community.
